JEEPERS CREEPERS!!!

I'd shoot a thousand arrows a day if either one of those Huntresses were my shooting partner! Course they can't show up at the house till after the wife leaves for work. LOL!

I gotta say, if those two Ladies were Archery Ed Instructors you would have a full class each & every time!!! True there might not be any Moms with daughters there but you would have every man within 50 miles attending!!!!

Thanks for the HUGE chuckle Pa Sportsman!!!!

I have questions?!?!

1. I wonder how many of you guys would be mailing me post cards if she were to escort you to www.bokpoortsafaris.co.za as your guide & hostess???

2. Let us discuss her form. I for one can't help but notice her tight sexy delicious looking grip on that bow! Are you not supposed to keep your fingers loose?

3. It appears to me that her arrow is located at the bottom of her chin rather than tucked in the corner of her mouth. Clearly she does not have a kisser button?

I am beginning to think that this young lady is not a true huntress/archerette!!!

What are your observations gentlemen?

09-20-2007, 10:12 PM
I think her form is excellent....

I shoot a half open half closed, yet relaxed grip....

My anchor point is also at the base of my jaw...and I bite the fletch with the corner of my mouth.

No concrete rules on this stuff.

I truley do appreciate her tats...........................................

Grizzled one cherie i was at basspro shop the guy told me the arrow
should be near the corner of the mouth
here's pic of orlando bloom as legolas from lord of the rings

When I was at Basspro Shop on Wednesday one of the men in the Archery Dept said that first you start out by holding the arrow at the corner of the mouth.

But today I saw several men and women holding the arrow just below the mouth and slightly tilt their heads. Many it's because of how they learn to hold the bow & arrow I don't know.

I will need a picture of the front side, to make a better judment on her form.

09-21-2007, 08:36 AM
Achor point is a personal preference.....the only thing that is wrong is that which doesn't work.

Take a dozen archers and you'll get a dozen different anchor points and a dozen different variations of shooting form.

For that reason/reasons, archery is hard to teach and even harder to learn...for the most part it can be given in a set of general rules but it is the individual who must learn what they need to do.........

Hollywood is NOT the place to glean a solid archery lesson. Maybe back in the days when Howard Hill was showcasing on "The Big One's"...but not from the likes of Lord of the Rings.

Look at the back tension this beautiful girl is demonstating.......she's definately holding it against her back wall.

Would absolutely relish a video of her shooting..............

Im sure you would want a video and you also would need a towel !!

09-21-2007, 03:51 PM
We're now doubting this girls shooting form.

The pics are obvious but a video would make her or break her as an archer.......

Ya' know, credible proof.....

Maybe she's not really a woman either, maybe she's somone's pet.

A video would dispell any doubt either way.

Ya' know, credible proof.......

I'm bettin' here, that girl could outshoot the best on this board.....................

I would love to fill her video. Im the king of accurate close up shots. She does have great form. Wilds has a great eye for that.

Just as I prepare for sleep I wonder? Do you think she is a rack huntress or a meat huntress???........

09-23-2007, 01:17 AM
Gary.....here's an idea.

You've quite a gaggle of Google Masters here on this board so this should be slam dunk for 'em. It'll give 'em a chance to redeem any doubts some of us have on their credibility as Outdoors Folks.......

(that was typed for motivational purposes only.......)

Get 'em to find this girl and get 'em to talk her into talking with you. You talk her into coming to town to be a guest on the Show, she can promote womens shooting sports and women in hunting. Hell, maybe she likes to fish too.

Buy her a plane ticket, put her up in a nice room, spoil her rotten.....

Do a Grizzly Gary Fun Day the day before the Show and have her there signing autographed pictures and doing an archery demo as a main attraction. I'd pay a premium fare for an autograhed pic of her to hang in my Shooting Shack......

Win, win...all the way around.
