a friends 2nd archery buck

My friend got a descent 8 point tonight out of the same stand he shot a nice 8 point out of last year. it looks alot taller in the pics than it really is but it is still a nice buck. i seen this buck friday night with a much taller 8 point. which my friend said he seen after he shot this one. anyways the story goes like this his stand is across a cut cornfield from mine and i didn't get to hunt tonight so of course the deer were out and this guy came across with 5 does He missed hime once around 20 yards but the deer didn't spook so he went to grab another arrow and the piece of foam pulled out of his quiver with the arrow but he got knocked up and shot him he ended up spining him. well i guess it is a good thing he killed this one so now i dont have to make the judgement of whether to kill him if he ever presented me a shot i was thinking 2.5 yr old but there is absolutely no staining on his tarsals. This buck was shot in 3A

Nice buck Zac . Nice looking young deer and it tastes so good . Now go out and fill that Doe tag . So you dont have to use the rifle this year :lol:

It is actually only about 115lb 1.5 year old. The pictures make it look big in every way but it is really only about 10" wide and about 11" high
