    I know! I Know! Each Spring I swear I am going to force myself away from Walleye fishing and get in the woods for Spring Gobbler.

    I am lucky to have at least a 1/2 dozen Spring Gobbler gurus who invite me every year. Yet I can't pull myself away from the boat.

    THIS IS THE YEAR!!!

    I swear that this Spring Gobbler season I am going to take each & every one of these Spring gobbler seasons gurus offer.

    So here is the Contest gig:

    PRIZE:

    1. $100 worth of Turkey gear.

    RULES:

    1. You must vote in the poll and state here that you did so.

    2. You must post here the date, time and State I will harvest my 1st Spring Turkey.

    3. If you choose to say "Grizzly Gary" won't get a bird you may do so.

    4. The winner will be the closest date, time , state of my taking of a Spring Gobbler

    5. If I do not get a Spring Gobbler, those who stated/voted so will go into a hat with the winner being randomly drawn. NAYSAYERS!!

    I hunt both New York & Pennsylvania.

    Both states Spring Turkey seasons are the same for 2010. May 1st - May 31st.

    Remember that I fish a few Walleye Tournaments in May. It would behoove you to visit the various "Fishing Pages" before you post a date, time & state.

    I surely would not pick May 1st as a date since I can 100% guarantee you that I will be on Kinzua chasing eyes for the opening day.

    You must post your date, state & time by midnight April 30th 2010.

    I WILL BAG MY FIRST BIRD THIS YEAR!!! I hope? LOL!

      I voted no because if you were a truely dedicated turkey hunter, you would have gotten one by your age. And you wouldn't be wondering, you would be waiting for gobbler season.

      I vote negative...I havent been around as long as some of you but I've seen how into Walleye GG is.....Gobble Gobble just wont happen....unless he can shoot one from his boat lol
